drive shaft issue

I have problem with getting a stock Ka drive shaft to fit with my r32. The drive shaft is to long by about 2 to 3 inches. Does anyone know if you have to shorten it or am I just crazy. If I have to shorten then custom one here I come.

Damn... the one you got last night didn't fit? So um, I know with top hat mounts you can use the stock s13 drive shaft...

are there any differences between the s14 and s13??? That might be it if it is...

Yeah Mo its the one from last night. We're going to match it up with the one still connected to the rear dif. in the parts room and see if one is longer.
