Honestly, from the sound of it you got a lot more from Killswitch than you should have for what you payed. In my experience with Killswitch everything went fine. Decker even came to my house a couple days before my car was sent down there to see if he could help me out.

I have a hard time believing that Tyler didn't keep in touch with you while your car was at the shop. He always responded to my PM's and let me know what was going on with the car at all times. Once it was finished I came back to Atlanta and picked up the car, Tyler and Carina actually met me at the shop early in the morning even though they had someplace to be. Tyler told me what all had been done to the car to get it running showed me the invoice, I paid and all was well. Later in the weekend I had an overheating problem and that Sunday I spent about half of my day down at the shop with Tyler to figure out the problem, no charge.

What you are describing seems completely out of character for everyone down at Killswitch. The base of the problems seems to be on your end, not theirs.

Hey Mike don't delete my post because I am a customer at killswitch, or have been recently, and I would like to recompense.

HOMEMADE - You are a nice guy, I've met you before. Don't know much else, but I can ostracize on your dearth of a daily for months. I'm sorry that happened.

KILLSWITCH - Again, nice guys. There was miscommunication going on between Tyler and I about prices (my fault :toung2: bad reception? haha), furthermore, my car was there for almost 4 weeks, and with my car now back, I am not lamentable towards bringing it there at all. There is an exhaust leak where the wastegate bolts to the manifold, and that is due to my failure to provide a gasket, when Tyler said he had none. Also, I was patient and did not pester them (did I? :ninja:), and when Tyler said he'd call when it was done, well shoot, he called right in the middle of my Math class.

like i've said in the other thread about a similar situation, i have heard of too many successful swaps and other work that has been done at tyler's shop and for that i would definitely trust them with my car
