HELP!!!! MANY ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS

hey i have a s13 convertible and i have been runing into so many electrical problems:

the dash light don't show,
daytime running light doesn't come on nither does the parking light,
the small convertible window and the passenger window doesn't wined up....

is there anybody on the site that is good with electric work who can help me out!!

Start with the fuse box and then check the switch for voltage and then check connections at the load for voltage.
If you have no voltage, then check continuity. If you have continuity and voltage then that = bad motor or electrical device.
