Well I got pair of new front tires today for only $70 bux. And another $5 for valve stem replacement on one of the wheel. They're off brand and what not but it was cheap.
The size was 195/65/R15. Now when i look at it, it looks the same as my rears which are 205/60/R15. Does the width and the height balance out?...

eh, some brands are retarded with sizing. i had a michilin that was about 5mm taller *had same tread amount* than my fusions.
so yea just stick with the same brand tires for the front sets. nad same brand for the two rears.
:)

All tire manufacturers will have some variation with the same size tires. In fact, I was mounting a ton of goodyear slicks that were all the same size. There actual circumference was on a sticker....I think it varied by over an inch!
If you are running a stock 6" width rim then yes the overall height will be a close match. The 205 width is made to install on a 7" width rim. So by installing on a more narrow rim the wider tire will add to the height a bit. I have been looking at a lot of tire and rim combos lately w/ plus sized options. I believe this info to be legit. I hope I am not talking out my A**. FYI. Alan
