easier way to take out rear bumper

hey this is for a friend he owns a s13 and im not that fimiliar with this car does anyone now an easier way of taking of your bumper im trying to put an aftermarket one im stuck at where the bumper is connected to the bumper beam. any help will be appreciated.thanks:goodjob:

FSM.
Stick your hands down the side cavity of the QT panel and unbolt those bolts.
I think 3 or 4 10mm bolts each side.

Then just undo the entire rear bumper support and take the thing off.
Much faster.
