preferrably unless you have a lot of money to throw around a VQ35 would be a bit more cost efficient swap and can make just as much power as the 45 does, just my opinion though. If you do it though, props to you.

A friend of mine in Miami is about 95% done with this swap. Looks pretty nice. 300hp stock, and he built long tube headers for it also. Looks cool, he did all the fab himself and got the motor real cheap too. Hes really just doing it for the hell of it.

Go LS1! Super reliable, cheap parts, and it's been done before so you're not completely starting from scratch. Oh yea, and it always cool to cause minor earthquakes when you rev your cammed V8 at a red light.

vk56 with titan 5 speed tranny. chris forsberg's formulad car has one, sounds good, kept up with sammi's viper on take off no prob.


and yes......there is replacement for displacement...explain.....2.7L v10 N/A 20k rpm, 1500 hp!?
